Delivery & Logistics Questions

You can log in to your Platform account, enter the “Order Center”, select the corresponding order, and view the real-time logistics track in the order details page.
Cross-border orders may be detained by customs due to factors such as incomplete materials or non-compliance with import regulations. We will assist you in providing relevant order certificates. You need to cooperate with customs to complete the clearance procedures according to the customs requirements. The relevant fees and risks arising from non-compliance with customs regulations shall be borne by you.

Privacy & Account Questions

Yes. You can log in to your account, enter the “Personal Center” to modify your contact information, delivery address and other personal information. For important information changes (such as bound mobile phone number), you may need to complete identity verification as required.
No. Your browsing history, order records and other personal information will not be shared with any third party without your consent, except in accordance with legal regulations or for the purpose of providing services to you (such as sharing order information with logistics carriers to complete delivery).

Return & Refund Questions

How long will it take to receive the refund after I apply for a return?
We will process the refund within 3-5 working days after receiving and confirming that the returned goods meet the conditions. The refund will be returned to your original payment account, and the actual arrival time depends on the processing cycle of the payment platform and the bank (usually 3-7 working days).
If the commodity is unused, undamaged and the tags, accessories are complete, you can apply for a return even if the packaging is opened (except for commodities that are clearly marked as non-returnable after opening, such as cosmetics, intimate commodities).
