All your actions of accessing, browsing and using this website (including mobile applications, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”) shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”), the Platform’s Privacy Policy and relevant special rules. Please carefully read and fully understand all contents of these Terms before using the Platform, especially the clauses involving liability limitation, jurisdiction and your core rights and obligations. Once you access or use the Platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood and accepted all the agreements in these Terms and voluntarily established a legal relationship with the Platform operator (hereinafter referred to as “we”); if you do not agree to any content of these Terms, please immediately stop accessing and using the Platform.

Rules for Use of Website Content

1. You may only browse and download the public content of the Platform for personal use for non-commercial purposes. Without the written authorization of us or the relevant right holders, you shall not conduct any form of copying, dissemination, modification, adaptation, translation, compilation, leasing, sale, reverse engineering, cracking or other acts, nor use the Platform’s content for commercial promotion, profit-making activities or other acts that infringe intellectual property rights.
 
2. The content of the Platform is for information reference only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the content. You shall verify the relevant information by yourself and bear the risks arising therefrom.
 
3. You shall not use the Platform to publish or disseminate any illegal, vulgar, pornographic, false, fraudulent content that infringes the rights and interests of others or disturbs public order, nor conduct any acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Platform or damage the legitimate rights and interests of the Platform and other users.

Package Delivery Timeframe

1. The delivery timeframe is only an estimated reference time based on normal logistics conditions. It shall start from the date when you successfully pay for the order and confirm that the delivery address is correct. The specific delivery progress shall be subject to the actual delivery of the logistics carrier.
 
2. The delivery timeframe for cross-border orders is 10-30 working days, which is specifically affected by factors such as customs clearance and international logistics.
 
3. If the delivery is delayed or cannot be completed due to non-our reasons such as incorrect delivery address provided by you, invalid contact information, no one to sign for, refusal to accept the goods, force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics, policy adjustments, etc.) or delays by the logistics carrier, the relevant responsibilities shall be borne by you, and we shall not be liable for breach of contract.
 
4. You can check the logistics track through the order details page. If the order has not been delivered beyond the estimated timeframe, you can contact our customer service staff for assistance in inquiry. We will try our best to coordinate with the logistics carrier for handling, but we do not promise to necessarily shorten the delivery time.

Guarantee of Consistency Between Commodities and Pictures

1. All commodity pictures displayed on the Platform are taken in kind or officially authorized pictures. We strive to ensure that the pictures are consistent with the commodities in terms of style, color and details. However, due to objective factors such as shooting light, angle, display resolution, commodity batches and production technology, there may be slight color difference and detail differences. Such differences are not quality problems and do not constitute a breach of contract.
 
2. The specifications, parameters, materials, functions and other information marked on the commodity details page shall be subject to the actual commodity and official instructions. If there is any inconsistency between the pictures and the details description due to untimely information update, the latest details description shall prevail, and we will try our best to correct the relevant information in a timely manner.
 
3. If the commodity you receive has a significant difference from the pictures and details description (such as wrong style, inconsistent material, etc.), please contact customer service within 7 working days after receiving the goods and provide relevant certificates (such as physical photos, order screenshots, etc.). We will handle returns, exchanges, reissues and other matters according to the situation, and the relevant logistics costs shall be borne by us; if you do not raise an objection within the above time limit, it shall be deemed that the commodity is consistent with the pictures and description.

Limitation of Liability

1. We shall only be liable for compensation for your direct losses caused by our intentional or gross negligence, and shall not be liable for any indirect losses, expected interest losses, accidental losses, punitive damages, etc. (including but not limited to profit losses, data loss, business interruption caused by using the Platform or purchasing commodities).
 
2. We shall not be liable for any losses caused by force majeure, third-party service failures (such as payment platforms, logistics carriers, network service providers, etc.), your own operational errors or illegal use of the Platform.
 
3. The third-party links, services or commodities provided on the Platform are only for your convenience. We do not assume responsibility for the service quality, commodity quality or information authenticity of third parties. Any transaction disputes or service disputes between you and third parties shall be resolved by you and the third parties themselves, and have no connection with us.
 
4. If you violate the agreements in these Terms or relevant laws and regulations and cause losses to us or third parties (including but not limited to compensation, liquidated damages, litigation fees, attorney fees, etc.), you shall fully compensate for such losses.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. The conclusion, validity, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of these Terms shall all be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (excluding conflict of laws rules).
 
2. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between you and us.
 
3. If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid, revocable or unenforceable by a competent authority, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining clauses, and the remaining clauses shall continue to be performed.
 
4. We have the right to modify the content of these Terms at any time in accordance with changes in laws and regulations and the needs of platform operation. The modified Terms will be announced on the homepage of the Platform, and will take effect after the announcement period expires. You shall regularly check the updated content of these Terms. If you continue to use the Platform, you are deemed to accept the modified Terms.
 
5. These Terms shall take effect from the date you first access and use the Platform. Any unsettled matters shall be separately negotiated and determined between you and us.
